💸 Ticket Cancellation Policy

  • Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to the next Bass Church event if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours prior to the event start time. 

  • To request a transfer, please email or message us directly with your name and order info to [email protected].

  • No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event cannot be credited toward future events.

Bass Church is a space for expression, connection, and transformation. By attending, you agree to help maintain a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment by:

  • Being kind and considerate to others, yourself, and the space

  • Following all guidelines shared before or during the event (including consent culture, no phones on the dance floor, and substance-free environment)

  • Respecting all physical, emotional, and energetic boundaries

  • Taking full responsibility for your experience

We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if their behavior disrupts the integrity of the space or violates these agreements.

🛑 Late Arrival Policy

Doors close 15 minutes after the event start time.
