💸 Ticket Cancellation Policy

Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to the next Bass Church event if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours prior to the event start time.
To request a transfer, please email or message us directly with your name and order info to [email protected].
No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event cannot be credited toward future events.

Bass Church is a space for expression, connection, and transformation. By attending, you agree to help maintain a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment by:

Being kind and considerate to others, yourself, and the space
Following all guidelines shared before or during the event (including consent culture, no phones on the dance floor, and substance-free environment)
Respecting all physical, emotional, and energetic boundaries
Taking full responsibility for your experience

We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if their behavior disrupts the integrity of the space or violates these agreements.

🛑 Late Arrival Policy

Doors close 15 minutes after the event start time.
