We invite you to consider the following to prepare for your experience:
- Set your sacred space - light a few candles & burn Sage or Palo Santo
- Turn your phone on silent and free yourself from all distractions
- Make yourself a delicious drink; maybe some herbal tea or sparkling water to sip
- Begin to draw your bath & set an intention before placing your bath tea into the tub
- Use a skin brush or washcloth to dry-brush the skin; with circular motions starting from your feet & hands, & moving towards the heart
- After dry-brushing, use some pure nourishing oils such as sesame oil to massage into the skin before dipping your toes into the bath
