Just like who you were in the past, was being creating who you are today.
But because of the power of imagination, vision and action, we have the power to create our Avatara with a visionary process and a commitment to becoming her!
We will be taking action in the form of dance, embodying our Avatara through our dance to become the vision of who we desire to be...

THIS PLAYLIST IS AN INVITATION TO CREATE YOUR AVATARA!!
You will be taken through a guided meditation, then there will be an opportunity for free flowing dance, and finally some time for journaling (so be sure to have a journal close at hand)
Carve out about an hour to create a sacred space for youself and embody your Avatara, come in the Femme Genius Sisterhood Group and share with us your experience of meeting your Avatara!!
