Preparing your Ceremonial Cacao
**Please note**
You do not need to have your cacao prepared when we gather at 6:30, we will begin by setting intentions and setting the sacred space together. We will then have some time to go prepare our cacao.

When we gather in the zoom room, after opening meditation and intention setting, there will be a moment we will count down 3....2...1...PLAY!
At the same moment we invite all who are participating to press play! You will be guided in this process!
At the end of the playlist, we will come back together on Zoom for our closing meditation! The time of closing will be specified prior to beginning the playlist!
Please note, if you desire to stay on video and dance with us, you may want to access zoom and the playlist from a computer so you can have multiple screens open.
